Today we loaded Gabion box and filament geotextile, it is exports to Cambodia.

The gabion box size they bought is :

mesh :100x120mm,

wire diameter: 2.7mm, selvedge wire diameter :3.4mm, lacing wire: 2.2mm,

box size is: 2x1.2mx0.5m

Zinc coating is heavy galvanized(200g-275g/m2)

Der gabion box we can make:

 

Mesh: 60x80mm, 80100mm, 100x120mm

Wire diameter: 2.2-3.0mm

Selvedge wire diameter: 3.4-4mm

Lacing wire: 2.2mm

Box size: 2x1x1 , 2x1x0.5m, 1x1x1m, 3x1x1m, 4x1x1m, 4x1.5x1m, 4x2x1m, 6x2x0.3m,etc

The filament geotextile size is : 6x37m/roll, thickness: 10mm

The filament geotextile we can make:

width:1-6m 

length: 50m/roll. 100m/roll.

Gram Weight: 100gsm, 150gm, 200g, 250g.....600g

The fuction of geotextile:

1.When water flows from fine soil into coarse soil, good air permeability and water permeability of geotextiles can make water flow through, and effectively prevent soil particles, fine sand, small stone, etc., so as to keep soil and water engineering stable

2.Drain away water good water conductivity ,drainage channels can be formed inside the soil to drain excess liquid and gas from soil.

3.Reinforcement Enhance the tensile strength and deformation resistance of soil , increase the stability of the building structure ,improve soil quality

4.Defense When the water flow scour the soil ,it can effectively disperse the water flow force , prevent the soil from being damaged by external forces ,and protect soil 5.Puncture resistance Combined with geomembrane, become waterproof and anti-seepage material , play the role of puncture prevention .
