Highway fence installation



  1. Make the hole for posts and braces.

 

Dig the holes on the ground for the post at every 2m, or 2.5m, or 3m, or 5m , the common hole size is 300mm-500mm . depth is 500mm-1000mm. alignment keep them in the line. Every 5-20m , on the left and right of the post,  dig two holes for two braces. the hole size same as the post hole size.   

 

 

  1. Posts and braces installation.

After all the holes finished , Put the posts into the hole. Pay attention to controlling hammer force when the post approaching the depth in construction. Then pouring of concrete like this, the brace install in the same way, and the brace connect with bolts:

 

 

  1. Welded wire mesh panel installation

Then you must wait until the concrete dry enough. Then you can install the welded wire mesh fence panel together with the post. Because on the post, we have made the hooks, when install the wire mesh panel, alignment put the wire on the hook, in order that the wire mesh panel is more stable, here need us to hit the hooks flat with the hammer.

 

 

  1. Tension wire installation

Firstly, make one end of the tension wire fixed on the first post with the wire tighterner  . Secondly, interval of 15meters, the other end of the tension wire fixed on the post , with the wire tighterner, the wire was straightened. and the wire mesh panel was more stable.
