3) Surface Treatment of the gabion box/gabion basket

2. المجلفن بالغمس الساخن الثقيل ، (طلاء الزنك: 240 جم / م 2 كحد أدنى) ؛
3. Galfan Coating, (Zn - 5Al/10Al - MM coating: Min 245g/m2);
4. With PVC Coated Outside, (The inner wire can be Electro Galvanized wire, Hot-dip galvanized, Heavy Hot-dip galvanized wire or Galfan wire as customer’s request.)

4) Technical Standard Requirements of gabion box/gabion basket
1. جميع مواصفات أحجام شبكة التراب / الأسلاك / الصندوق وفقًا لـ ASTMA975.
2. Zinc-Coated Steel Wire as per ASTM_A641, Class 3 Coating, soft temper.
3. بولي كلوريد الفينيل (بولي فينيل كلوريد) مغلف ، مغلفن بالغمس الساخن أولاً.
4. Zn-5Al/10Al-MM Coated Steel Wire as per ASTMA 856/A 856M, Class 3 coating, soft temper
5. PVC Coating requirements according to ASTM Standard and EN 10245-2 Standard.

( 5) gabion box/gabion basket（Packing & Delivery）

1) For easy handling and shipping, the gabion boxes are supplied in bundles with folded flat. A stripe applied on the side of each folded gabion identifies the size or box quantity.
