3) Surface Treatment of the gabion box/gabion basket
1. Feuerverzinkt, (Zinkbeschichtung: 40-60 g/m2);
2. Schwer feuerverzinkt, (Zinkbeschichtung: Min. 240 g/m2);
3. Galfan Coating, (Zn - 5Al/10Al - MM coating: Min 245g/m2);
4. With PVC Coated Outside, (The inner wire can be Electro Galvanized wire, Hot-dip galvanized, Heavy Hot-dip galvanized wire or Galfan wire as customer’s request.)

4) Technical Standard Requirements of gabion box/gabion basket
1. Alle Gabionenmaschen-/Draht-/Kastengrößenspezifikationen entsprechend ASTMA975.
2. Zinc-Coated Steel Wire as per ASTM_A641, Class 3 Coating, soft temper.
3. PVC (Polyvinylchlorid) beschichtet, zuerst feuerverzinkt.
4. Zn-5Al/10Al-MM Coated Steel Wire as per ASTMA 856/A 856M, Class 3 coating, soft temper
5. PVC Coating requirements according to ASTM Standard and EN 10245-2 Standard.

( 5) gabion box/gabion basket（Packing & Delivery）

1) For easy handling and shipping, the gabion boxes are supplied in bundles with folded flat. A stripe applied on the side of each folded gabion identifies the size or box quantity.
