3) Surface Treatment of the gabion box/gabion basket
1. I-Hot-dip galvanized, (i-Zinc coating: 40-60g / m2);
2. I-Heavy Hot-dip galvanized, (i-Zinc coating: Min 240g / m2);
3. Galfan Coating, (Zn - 5Al/10Al - MM coating: Min 245g/m2);
4. With PVC Coated Outside, (The inner wire can be Electro Galvanized wire, Hot-dip galvanized, Heavy Hot-dip galvanized wire or Galfan wire as customer’s request.)

4) Technical Standard Requirements of gabion box/gabion basket
1. Yonke i-gabion mesh/wire/box size sizes specitions ngokwe-ASTMA975.
2. Zinc-Coated Steel Wire as per ASTM_A641, Class 3 Coating, soft temper.
3. I-PVC (i-Polyvinyl Chloride) ifakwe, i-Hot-dip iGalvanized First.
4. Zn-5Al/10Al-MM Coated Steel Wire as per ASTMA 856/A 856M, Class 3 coating, soft temper
5. PVC Coating requirements according to ASTM Standard and EN 10245-2 Standard.
