This kind of fence includes: 

  • Welded wire mesh

      Mesh : 100x150mm, 100x200mm, 150mmx200mm, 150mmx100mm

      Wire diameter: 1.8mm-3.5mm

      Width: 1.5m-2.2m 

      Length: 20m-50m each roll 

  • post 30x40x30mm , 40x50x40mm  thickness: 1.4mm-3mm 

 

  • post brace, 30x40x30mm , 40x50x40mm , thickness: 1.4mm-3mm, it connected   with post with screws and nuts 

 

  •  Galvanized tension wire: 2.0mm- 2.5mm 

 

  •  Wire tighterners

Installation of this fence 

  1. Направете ја дупката за столбови и загради.

 

Dig the holes on the ground for the post at every 2m, or 2.5m, or 3m, or 5m , the common hole size is 300mm-500mm . depth is 500mm-1000mm. alignment keep them in the line. Every 5-20m , on the left and right of the post,  dig two holes for two braces. the hole size same as the post hole size.   

  1. Инсталација на столбови и загради.

After all the holes finished , Put the posts into the hole. Pay attention to controlling hammer force when the post approaching the depth in construction. Then pouring of concrete like this, the brace install in the same way, and the brace connect with bolts:

  1. Инсталација на панели со заварена жица

Потоа мора да почекате додека бетонот не се исуши доволно. Потоа можете да го инсталирате панелот за ограда од заварена жичана мрежа заедно со столбот. Бидејќи на столбот ги направивме куките, при инсталирање на жичената мрежна плоча, порамнување ја ставаме жицата на куката, за да биде постабилна жичената мрежа, тука треба да ги удриме куките рамно со чеканот.

  1. Инсталација на затегната жица

Firstly, make one end of the tension wire fixed on the first post with the wire tighterner  . Secondly, interval of 15meters, the other end of the tension wire fixed on the post , with the wire tighterner, the wire was straightened. and the wire mesh panel was more stable.
