This kind of fence includes: 

  • Welded wire mesh

      Mesh : 100x150mm, 100x200mm, 150mmx200mm, 150mmx100mm

      Wire diameter: 1.8mm-3.5mm

      Width: 1.5m-2.2m 

      Length: 20m-50m each roll 

  • post 30x40x30mm , 40x50x40mm  thickness: 1.4mm-3mm 

 

  • post brace, 30x40x30mm , 40x50x40mm , thickness: 1.4mm-3mm, it connected   with post with screws and nuts 

 

  •  Galvanized tension wire: 2.0mm- 2.5mm 

 

  •  Wire tighterners

Installation of this fence 

  1. Ustunlar va qavslar uchun teshik qiling.

 

Dig the holes on the ground for the post at every 2m, or 2.5m, or 3m, or 5m , the common hole size is 300mm-500mm . depth is 500mm-1000mm. alignment keep them in the line. Every 5-20m , on the left and right of the post,  dig two holes for two braces. the hole size same as the post hole size.   

  1. Postlar va qavslarni o'rnatish.

After all the holes finished , Put the posts into the hole. Pay attention to controlling hammer force when the post approaching the depth in construction. Then pouring of concrete like this, the brace install in the same way, and the brace connect with bolts:

  1. Payvandlangan simli to'r paneli o'rnatish

Keyin beton etarlicha quruq bo'lguncha kutishingiz kerak. Keyin payvandlangan simli panjara panelini post bilan birga o'rnatishingiz mumkin. Chunki postda biz ilgaklar qildik, sim to'r panelini o'rnatayotganda simni kancaga qo'ying, sim to'r paneli yanada barqaror bo'lishi uchun bu erda ilgaklarni bolg'a bilan tekis urishimiz kerak.

  1. Kuchlanish simini o'rnatish

Firstly, make one end of the tension wire fixed on the first post with the wire tighterner  . Secondly, interval of 15meters, the other end of the tension wire fixed on the post , with the wire tighterner, the wire was straightened. and the wire mesh panel was more stable.
